Μια συμμορία καταφέρνει να πετύχει μία από τις διασημότερες ληστείες τράπεζας στην ιστορία της Αργεντινής. Όταν η αστυνομία εισβάλει στο οίκημα, βρίσκει παιδικά όπλα, φοβισμένους ομήρους και άδεια θησαυροφυλάκια, χωρίς να υπάρχει πουθενά ίχνος τόσο των χρημάτων όσο και των ληστών. Μήνες μετά, η γυναίκα ενός εκ των ληστών αποφασίζει να εκδικηθεί τον άπιστο σύζυγο της, με το να καταδώσει όλη την εξάδα που ενεπλάκη στο έγκλημα. Παρότι ένας τους θα πιαστεί, τα χρήματα δεν βρίσκονται πουθενά. Ήταν εντέλει η προδομένη σύζυγος μια ρωγμή στο τέλειο σχέδιο, ή ακόμα μία καλοσχεδιασμένη πτυχή της ληστείας του αιώνα;
