Μετά την επανένωσή του με την Gwen Stacy, ο full time πια Spider-Man της γειτονιάς, εκτοξεύεται στο Αραχνο- Σύμπαν όπου και συναντά μια ομάδα Αραχνανθρώπων που έχουν μια αποστολή: να το προστατεύσουν με κάθε τρόπο. Όταν όμως οι ήρωες συγκρούονται για το πώς θα χειριστούν τη νέα απειλή, ο Miles βρίσκεται αντιμέτωπος με τους υπόλοιπους Αραχνανθρώπους και καλείται να επαναπροσδιορίσει τι σημαίνει να είσαι ήρωας.
